PROFESSIONAL STUMP GRINDING

Our Services

WHAT WE DO

DOMESTIC & COMMERCIAL TREE STUMP REMOVAL

We use powerful machinery to grind out troublesome tree stumps.

We are fully trained and equipped with top of the range machinery for grinding out unsightly or hazardous tree stumps that may be inconveniently littering your garden or grounds.

The stumps are ground down to well below ground level, reducing the wood to chippings and sawdust which can be removed to be used as garden mulch, or left in place to decay naturally. Any hole left behind can be filled with soil and planted over, and soon there will be no sign of the tree stump left.

We are based in Wiltshire, and offer our stump grinding services across the county and beyond, working for homeowners, landlords, developers, builders, facility managers and owners of commercial property.

WHAT TO EXPECT

THE STUMP GRINDING PROCESS

We come to your property well-prepared to get to work.

When you hire us to grind out a tree stump, we’ll arrive punctually at the agreed time, unload and position an appropriately sized stump grinder. We wear suitable protective gear, and assess the area around the stump to ensure there is nothing to impede our work or be damaged by the operation, and ask you to keep your distance for safety’s sake.

We then get the grinder going, with its rotating cutting wheel, chipping away the stump, until we reach the desired depth (usually around eight inches). Then we clean up the area, leaving it as pristine as possible – and its job done!
